Our Cleaning Process
All of our stainless steel chafing dishes are throughly cleaned and sanitized. We clean it all! Food pans, water containers, food covers, fuel holders, cover holders, utensil holders, and frames are all cleaned, sanitized, and steamed. Each customer’s chafing dishes are cleaned with separate gloves, scrubbing pads, dishcloths, and scrubbing brush heads.
