Thank you so much to all the customers, clients, friends, and family that supported our vendor booth at the 2022 Juneteenth Emancipation Celebration at Emancipation Park in Houston, Texas on June 18, 2022 and June 19, 2022.
We had an amazing time at the Change Happens fundraising brunch in April 2022. Change Happens is a great organization that assists the community with education, empowerment, health, and so much more. We are happy to do our small part to help our community. We also enjoyed connecting with other philanthropists!
We are happy to support the Sisters Network Stop the Silence Walk on April 23, 2022 at Discovery Green at 9:00 a.m. Sisters Network supports African-American women affected by breast cancer and this annual walk is their largest fundraiser.
We will be participating in the Blck Market Pop-Up event on April 9th at East River, 49 Bayou Street, Houston, TX 77020 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. This event is sponsored by Blck Market Houston.

Designs Can Empower is proud to support the B’s Girls Foundation. B’s Girls provides the tools and resources necessary for girls to become dynamic Christian leaders, compassionate public servants and inspired innovators, being mentored by a stellar group of accomplished professional women.
We are super excited to support another domestic violence recovery non-profit named, “You Don’t Have to Cry Alone in Silence” The founder, Valerie Lewis, has an amazing story of domestic violence survival that almost led to her death.
